G.D. Goenka Public School, Siliguri has been founded under the aegis of the prestigious G.D. Goenka group of Schools. We aim to create confident and ethical citizens who will value excellence, think independently, respect themselves and others.
We will encourage our students to make the most of the various opportunities and
facilities available to them and not to contemplate collective mediocrity. We aim
to be a forward-thinking school, culturally diverse where children from all communities,
social groups and nationalities will learn to understand and appreciate different
viewpoints. They will be taught to welcome and support each other and to contribute
to the world around them. We will achieve a balance between ensuring safety and disciple
and providing independence to our children to develop their individual interests.
Our children will be passionate about what they do whilst possessing the confidence
to be themselves. We will strive to achieve outstanding academic results but we also
believe that confidence and enjoyment gained from-curricular activities, achievements,
and being part of a highly motivated community underpins academic success.
